SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
1. Overview

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs subscription purchases made through Kera (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to our products (“Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Subscription Benefits

Subscribers receive the following benefits:

Discounted pricing compared to standard one-time purchase prices

Automatic recurring delivery based on a 30-day billing cycle

Ability to pause, skip orders, or modify subscription settings

Access to priority customer support

Price protection against future price increases for as long as the subscription remains active

3. Billing and Delivery
3.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are automatically billed on a recurring 30-day cycle.

Subscribers will receive an email notification prior to each billing date. Payment is processed using the payment method stored in your account.

By subscribing, you authorize Kera to charge your saved payment method automatically on a recurring basis unless and until you cancel in accordance with this Policy.

3.2 Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Delivery times vary depending on geographic location. Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.

3.3 Payment and Shipping Updates

Subscribers may update their payment methods and shipping addresses at any time through their account portal.

4. Subscription Modifications
4.1 Available Modifications

After completing two (2) or more orders, subscribers may:

Pause the subscription indefinitely

Skip one or more upcoming orders

Adjust order quantity

Update shipping address

Cancel the subscription

4.2 Methods for Making Changes

Online Portal:
Subscribers can log into their account, navigate to “Manage Subscription,” and make changes directly. Changes made through the portal take effect immediately, subject to the deadlines stated below.

Customer Support:
Subscribers may also contact customer support to request changes.

4.3 Modification Deadlines

All subscription changes, including cancellations, must be submitted at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled shipment date.

Requests received less than three business days before the scheduled shipment will take effect after the upcoming order has been processed and shipped. This deadline is necessary due to order processing and logistics planning.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Standard Cancellation (After 2 or More Orders)

Subscribers may cancel their subscription by submitting a cancellation request at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled shipment.

Upon cancellation:

No future orders will be processed

No additional subscription charges will apply

A confirmation email will be sent

5.2 Cancellation After the First Order

Subscription pricing includes a discount compared to the standard one-time purchase price. This discount is granted in exchange for the intent to maintain an ongoing subscription.

If a subscriber cancels after receiving the first order, the order will be recalculated at the standard one-time purchase price. The subscriber is responsible for paying the difference between the subscription price and the regular retail price.

This policy ensures fair pricing for all customers and prevents misuse of subscription discounts.

5.3 Cancellation Before First Shipment

If cancellation is requested before the first order has been shipped:

The subscription will be terminated

Any unprocessed orders may be canceled

No price adjustment will apply to unshipped orders

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the standard Return Policy will apply.

6. Pausing the Subscription

Subscribers may pause their subscription for any desired period.

During the pause:

No orders will be processed

No charges will be applied

The subscription may be resumed at any time through the account portal or by contacting customer support.

7. Communication
7.1 Required Communications

By subscribing, you agree to receive:

Order confirmations and shipping notifications

Billing reminders prior to charges

Important updates regarding your subscription or products

These transactional communications cannot be opted out of while the subscription remains active.

7.2 Promotional Communications

Subscribers may opt out of promotional communications at any time. However, subscription-related and account-management communications will continue as necessary.

8. Account Management
8.1 Account Access

Subscribers can access their account using the email address associated with their subscription.

8.2 Password Recovery

Password recovery is available via the “Forgot Password” function on the login page. Instructions will be sent to the registered email address.

8.3 Account Security

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to customer support immediately.
