Cancellation Fee

A $2.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all canceled orders.
This fee will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.

Justification for the Cancellation Fee
Fast Order Processing

Due to our fast order processing and fulfillment system, orders are typically prepared and packed within hours of being placed.

The cancellation fee covers administrative and operational costs associated with retrieving, stopping, or reversing orders that have already entered our processing workflow.

How Refunds Work After Cancellation

Example:
If you cancel an order totaling $25.00, you will receive a refund of $23.00 ($25.00 – $2.00 cancellation fee).

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

The $2.00 cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations, regardless of the reason.

Important Conditions

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support portal.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders cannot be canceled after the 24-hour window has passed.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy.
