Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) after completing your payment for us to process your order.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request an order cancellation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
After 24 hours, or once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard Return Policy.
